2. Booking & Appointments

• All bookings must be made through our website or official contact number.
• Customers must provide accurate details including address, date, and cleaning requirements.
• Appointment confirmation is subject to maid availability.
• Last-minute cancellations may incur a service fee.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure safe access to the property for the maid.
• Provide truthful information regarding the cleaning expectations.
• Secure valuables before the maid arrives.
• Pets, if any, must be controlled for safety.

4. Service Limitations

• Maids do not handle hazardous chemicals or unsafe environments.
• Heavy lifting (over 25 lbs) is not included.
• Deep stain removal or industrial cleaning is not guaranteed.
• Childcare is limited to light support only (not professional babysitting).

5. Payments & Charges

• Payments must be made as per the pricing shared on booking.
• Additional charges may apply for extended hours or extra services.
• No refunds after service completion unless a valid complaint is verified.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations before 24 hours are free of charge.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may include a partial fee.
• If a maid does not arrive, you may request a refund or free reschedule.

7. Liability Disclaimer

HomemadeExpert is not liable for damages resulting from:

• Customer-provided cleaning equipment or products.
• Improper instructions by the customer.
• Pre-existing damage to property or furniture.
• Any injury caused by unsafe home conditions.

8. Behavior & Safety

We ensure all maids are background-verified and trained. Customers must treat maids with respect and ensure a safe work environment.
